From an institutional website to a platform connected with clients and processes
More than ten years supporting MAC's digital evolution by integrating web, traceability, documentation and management tools.
Context
MAC has been working with Pulsart for more than ten years. The relationship began when its digital presence was still built in Flash. Since then, we have supported several stages of modernization, first migrating the website to WordPress and later evolving it into a custom PHP platform. As the company grew, the website gradually became connected to operational processes and the everyday relationship with clients.
Problem
One of the main challenges was improving how clients followed the progress of their work. MAC needed to provide clearer access to statuses, traceability information and documentation while reducing fragmented file exchanges and manual enquiries.
What we did
We developed one of MAC's first digital work-tracking systems, allowing clients to check statuses, access traceability information and receive documentation and files through a centralized platform. From that foundation, we continued evolving the entire digital ecosystem. The website moved from Flash to WordPress and later to a custom PHP solution, enabling deeper integration with the company's own processes and tools. We are currently developing a new generation of the platform with a completely modernized experience, deeper system integration and new AI-powered capabilities.
Architecture / solution
The solution evolved around a central platform connecting MAC's institutional presence with client-facing information and tools. The system centralizes work statuses, documentation, traceability and file exchange, reducing friction and improving access to technical information. The next stage extends this ecosystem with automation, new internal tools and artificial intelligence.
