At Pulsart we take seriously the privacy of the people who visit this site or get in touch with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and its implementing decree, Decree 1558/2001.

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we may collect your name, company name, email, phone number, the details of your inquiry and, if you attach one, a file. We don't collect sensitive data or ask for information that isn't necessary to respond to you.

What we use your data for

We use the data you share with us exclusively to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project together and, if you authorize it, keep you informed of relevant updates. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

As the owner of your data, you have the right to access it (Article 14, Law 25,326) and the right to rectify, update or delete it when it's incorrect, outdated or no longer necessary (Article 16, Law 25,326).
