Last updated: September 9, 2026.
Accessing and using this website, owned by Pulsart, implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions, drafted under the laws of Argentina — in particular the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Law 26,994). If you don't agree with them, please don't continue using the site.
Purpose of the site
This site aims to inform about Pulsart's services and facilitate contact with potential clients. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commercial offer under Article 972 of the Civil and Commercial Code: a binding agreement only exists once there is a formal contract or quote accepted in writing by both parties.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos, code and other content on this site are the property of Pulsart or of third parties who authorized their use, and are protected by Argentina's Intellectual Property Law 11,723 and other applicable regulations. Reproduction in whole or in part, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Acceptable use
We ask that you use this site in good faith (Article 9 of the Civil and Commercial Code) and not attempt to compromise its security, overload its infrastructure, or use its content for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to applicable regulations.
Third-party links
This site may include links to third-party sites (for example, social media). Pulsart is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites, which are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
We make a reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors at all times. Use of the site is at your own risk, without prejudice to any liability that cannot be validly limited under applicable Argentine law.
Personal data protection
The processing of personal data we collect through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, drafted under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and its implementing decree.
Consumer relationship
Pulsart's services are provided within a business-to-business (B2B) relationship. Where the relationship falls under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law 24,240, that law applies, and nothing in these terms limits any rights that are non-waivable under it.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, in particular the Civil and Commercial Code (Law 26,994) and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Law 24,240. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts, without prejudice to the venue that may apply under mandatory consumer-protection rules.
