From scattered processes to an integrated laboratory management platform
Design and development of a proprietary platform that centralizes samples, tests, clients, documentation, quality and laboratory operations.
Context
EnsayoLabs was created after years of working with companies involved in testing, calibration and technical services. We identified that many laboratories still operate through a combination of spreadsheets, emails, documents, folders and disconnected systems. The goal was to build a platform specifically designed for that environment.
Problem
Laboratory operations involve far more than simple work orders. Clients, samples, statuses, instruments, certificates, quotations, documentation, quality and personnel information are often managed in separate places. This creates manual work, duplicated information and limited traceability.
What we did
We designed EnsayoLabs from scratch as a modular laboratory management platform. The system centralizes clients, jobs, samples, statuses, instruments and documentation. We also created a client portal where customers can follow the progress of their work and access certificates and files directly. Additional modules include quotations, invoicing, quality management, surveys, human resources, notifications, auditing and document management.
Architecture / solution
EnsayoLabs is built around a single source of operational information. Each job connects clients, samples, statuses, instruments, documents and certificates, creating complete traceability throughout the process. Its modular architecture allows laboratories to progressively add functionality without replacing the entire system.
