10 years evolving alongside José Iena

José Iena developed its first website with us approximately 10 years ago. Since then, we have accompanied its digital evolution through updates, improvements and new features as the business grew. Over the years, a custom PHP system was built to manage properties, images, searches and internal processes. In 2026, it was time to modernize the entire experience again without losing the work developed over the previous decade.

We started by creating a complete new interface in Figma based on the established visual identity of the company. We then adapted the design directly to the existing system. We redesigned the home page, property pages, search tools, cards, navigation and contact options. We added direct WhatsApp interactions, improved the presentation of each property and incorporated support for audiovisual content. The property administration panel was also completely redesigned. The previous homepage slider was replaced by a modern hero capable of displaying different images or videos on desktop and mobile devices. Part of the implementation was accelerated with AI-assisted development while critical visual and functional details were implemented manually.

Our priority was to evolve the platform without rebuilding what already worked. We preserved the existing backend and database while updating the codebase for PHP 8.5 compatibility. Legacy components, queries, image handling and frontend elements were reviewed to improve compatibility, maintainability and performance. The redesigned interface continues using the same property management logic, avoiding migrations and preserving the client daily workflow.
