From an institutional website to a digital ecosystem for members
Ten years supporting the College's digital evolution, integrating web, education, ecommerce, internal systems and new digital services for its members.
Context
CATSPBA has been working with Pulsart for more than ten years. During this period, we developed three different generations of its institutional website, continuously adapting the platform to the institution's changing needs and the way its members access information, training, publications and digital services.
Problem
As digital services expanded, the website was no longer simply an institutional communication channel. The College needed to connect content, training, ecommerce, internal systems and member services within a more coherent digital ecosystem.
What we did
Over the years, we developed and evolved three versions of the institutional website while managing the broader digital infrastructure around the organization. We maintain the Moodle learning platform, the WooCommerce bookstore and several custom-built solutions connected to internal operations. We also developed two custom systems and are currently working on the next stage of the ecosystem, focused on digitizing the everyday relationship between the College and its members.
Architecture / solution
The ecosystem has evolved progressively, connecting multiple digital tools around the same institution. Today it combines the institutional website, Moodle campus, ecommerce platform, custom internal systems and a new digital layer designed to centralize member services. The next stage includes modernizing payment processes and creating a mobile experience where professionals can access College services and their digital professional credential.
