From a manageable website to a complete gym management platform
Design and development of a platform that started with content management and now centralizes members, access, payments, schedules and daily operations.
Context
APEX started working with Pulsart in 2026 with an initial goal: modernize its digital presence and allow the team to independently manage activities, schedules, instructors, plans and gallery content. We developed a new website together with a completely custom administration panel.
Problem
What initially looked like a website management requirement quickly revealed a broader opportunity. Many of the gym's daily processes could be centralized within the same platform instead of relying on separate tools and manual workflows.
What we did
We designed and developed the full website together with a custom management panel. The first version allowed the team to manage activities, schedules, instructors, plans and content. From that foundation, we progressively expanded the platform to include member management, access registration and payment management. The next stage will extend this ecosystem into a dedicated member app.
Architecture / solution
We created a central platform where the public website and internal management tools share the same infrastructure. APEX can manage both its digital content and operational processes from a single system. The architecture was designed to evolve continuously, allowing new modules to be added without rebuilding the platform.
